Agents re-run identical queries all the time (polling, retries, verification). Here an identical repeat — same endpoint slug + same canonical input, by the same payer identity, within 24 hours of the first charged call — costs half the live catalogue price (rounded up, never below the $0.001 facilitator minimum). The window starts at the first charged call for that exact query.
(1) Pack-funded calls executed through POST /clinic/repeat-call with a prepaid credit pack (pk_ key): full price the first time, half price on identical repeats, charged only on a 2xx result. (2) The clinic's own paid route POST /clinic/fleet-index: every sale response carries a _repeat_discount.token; present it as header X-Repeat-Discount on the next call within 24h and the 402 asks half ($0.0025). Direct per-call payments made straight to the fleet's endpoint servers are not discounted yet — those servers issue their own fixed-amount 402s and cannot see this ledger without a fleet-wide patch, which is deliberately a separate step.
