Price comparison — the same query, every endpoint, live prices

One table, generated at request time from the fleet's live catalogue (never a hand-maintained copy): each endpoint's live effective price, its free-trial quota per day, and its repeat-discount price (identical repeat within 24h on honoured paths — see the repeat-discount terms). The catalogue publishes no category field, so no category column is shown rather than inventing one.

Trial-response pilot: trial responses from 3 pilot endpoints (chain, markdown, stocks) now carry a compact _price_compare line pointing here. The other endpoints were not patched — wider rollout is a separate step.
