Evaluating the fleet as a team usually means every teammate burns their own separate trial identity. A trial-share code pools that: one person creates a code, up to 5 members join it, and any surface that checks the code can treat the team as one pool — members × the endpoint's daily trial quota. Creating and joining are free; no payment, no account.
Today the code is honoured by exactly two surfaces: the clinic's membership-check route (GET /clinic/trial-share/check) and this page. The fleet's endpoint servers do not read the share store yet, so presenting a code to an endpoint's trial middleware changes nothing there today. Fleet-wide honouring needs one shared-library patch per server family — the same rollout pattern as this fleet's earlier 57-server winback patch — and is deliberately a separate step. What ships today is the issuing/verification mechanism, the pooled-entitlement maths, and the check hook any surface can consult.
Max 5 members per code (the creator is member 1). Max 3 codes created per IP per day and 10 joins per IP per day. Codes expire after 30 days. Each member gets a member_secret shown once — only its SHA-256 hash is stored, so a lost secret cannot be recovered; join again for a new one if a slot is free.
