Paid result permalink

A permanent link to a paid call's result — re-open it, share it, attach it to a report. The record is anchored to the on-chain USDC settlement, so anyone can verify the call really was paid for.

How permalinks are created

Automatically: paid calls on permalink-enabled endpoints (currently brief and tokenprice) return a _permalink field in the response — no extra step.

Manually, for any fleet endpoint: after a paid call, register the result against its settlement transaction:

The clinic verifies the transaction on Base (a real USDC transfer to the seller wallet covering the endpoint price) before storing anything — a permalink cannot be minted for a payment that never happened. One permalink per transaction.
